In September of 2008, Larry Waters writing as Mr. UNZ predicted that the PACT Act was using tobacco as a smokescreen to tax ALL Internet Sales within the United States.
Some laughed, most ignored his cries. Sadly, looks like he's being proved correct in the follow-up story from SnusCENTRAL.org.
